The Open House Network is an on-call staffing agency in Dallas/Fort Worth that specializes in training and providing Hosts and Hostesses to the Custom and New Home Industry.
On-Call refers to persons who are called to work only when needed. This is an excellent position for retirees, home makers and people who have a passion for the new home industry and those who are looking to earn some extra pocket money but not needing a steady or reliable income.
We are looking for a group of candidates who are have a flexible schedule and are self motivated, personable, professional and enjoy working with prospects in a retail like environment. This is a host type position meeting, greeting and informing prospective home buyers about the community and floorplans that are available. Experience is always a plus however we cannot hire Texas licensed realtors or brokers unless your license is on hold.
Work weeks may range from 1 to 4 days and are not guaranteed but assigned based on demand from our builder clients and based on your location and availability. You would get to work when you want and where you want since we have builders with locations all over the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
